Sales agents and supervisors upset because other insurers are cheaper

Got a call for a quote. The supervisor that I spoke to was quite upset that I have good insurance and abruptly ended the call.

I get that Discovery couldn't beat my insurance, but don't get upset with customers that we have better insurance than you can provide!

I was on the phone for 30 minutes and did not get a quote and the household contents I was interested in covering will now not be covered because the agent got upset. Poor effort by the sales/quotes team. I'm surprised you have any customers with these bad attitudes.
