Sad and inefficient Discovery Insure

<p>Reference Number ********** : A client of Discovery Insure drove into our garage five weeks ago. We were promised that they would contact us for detail within a day to maximum three days, so that a third party claim could be processed. A week later we had to contact them so that we could submit quotations, etc. At every turn since then we've had to beg them for feedback. Today they sent us a curt response stating that the claim has been rejected. Again we had to suggest a way forward that does not entail us sueing their client. Radichaba Machaba and Precious Moganedi have both proven to be unhelpful, clearly annoyed and totally dismissive. While their client's car is being fixed, he'll have to pay the R20 000 for our garage door out of his own pocket!</p>
