<p>I have insurance cover and now I need help with the pond pump butlooks like I will have to save you some money by doing this myself. Getting feedback from your consultant is as good as hoping for a miracle and I cant buy a oig in a bag. Sad but it is one of those things in life. </p>

Please be advised that we have made contact, we however were unable to get a hold of you.
Your claim has been authorised on 08/06/2016 for Pool Buoys to fix the pump.
They have made contact with yourself regarding the excess payment and have advised that this is causing a delay on work being done.
Please respond to Pool Buoys so that they made go ahead with the repair work.

You called me when I was busy saving you, Discovery money. There quote I got didnt make sense and I could not just agree to pay for something just like that. They talk about removing and replacing paving when there is no paving, the pump size is also wrong and the proper detailed invoice plus oversll price from you guys proved too difficult to get so I had to take the matters into my hands as I am the one with a pond full of kois.
