RYAN CARY - An Absolute SUPERHERO

I requested a call from Discovery Insure as I was shopping around for better insurance deals. That is when it happened...I received a call from a guy called Ryan Carey who started the call off not with business but just a general friend like greeting asking how my weekend was and if I am all good. His voice was sincere and enthusiastic (but not overly so). <br> <br> He had the best soft skills that I have every experienced with being called by a South African call centre. <br> <br> No long awkward silences in between the call - He fills this up with conversation relevant to the current topic. I feel like I was treated like a friend, not just a random stranger or caller. He reduced all my efforts by asking if he could use the information discovery already has with me (I have them as my medical aid). <br> <br> I was still shopping around at the time I had my first call with him so I asked him to call me back a few weeks later. I completely forgot that I asked him to call back, but guess what HE DIDN'T. I got a call back and this courteous person was once again assisting me.<br> <br> Ryan should be involved in training agents from other places. <br> <br> RYAN KUDOS TO YOU FOR THE AMAZING JOB THAT YOU ARE DOING. KEEP IT UP
