RUN RUN FROM INSURER

My husband was involved in a car accident late November 2022. Assistance at the site of accident was lightning quick. They 'Discovery Insure' took his vehicle to their panelbeater. It's 10.02.2023 he still does not have a vehicle. Car hire was only for a month and discovery will not extend because the contract states only 1 month. Our business has come to a halt as we rely on the use of a bakkie. The panel beater updates their claim to something new constantly and speaking to Discovery Insure is useless. If only I had known. Er*** and Ash** are the worst from Insurance and Panel Beater.
