Rude time wasters

I had the unfortunate experience of speaking to a bunch of rude ***** during my almost half an hour insurance quote. How can i not see the quote in writing before accepting it?? How can i make an important financial decision if i dont have the paperwork in front of me?? And when i turned down the offer based on that i must then be told "we don't need your business"
