Rude consultant

I was contacted by one of discovery's consultants just now, went through a whole 20min conversation and when the consultant wasn't happy with the fact that I didn't agree with the quote and that I don't want the product he simply slammed the phone down in my ear... I find that extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I'm considering moving to another medical aid because of this... Very rude discovery, very rude...
