Rude claims agents

Absolutely Pathetic service from your claims handler Fazeela Tennat, told me my car is written off on Friday late in the afternoon, after several calls and emails yesterday she is apparently to busy to return our calls. She is deliberately avoiding us as you need to enter you claim number on the call. All other claim agents are just rude and unhelpful. Very fast to increase premiums, increase your dam customer service.
