Rude and unhelpfull

My claim settlement have been completed 28/09.<br> To date discovery have not processed the claim. Every time I call they have a different reason, which is the most frustrating.<br> The latest is that the documents from their side have not been collected and the Spare key not picked up.<br> Details for this where given 15/09.<br> <br> When I contact them they are rude and unhelpful.<br> <br> Its so disappointing that such a great insurance company gets represented by rude and *********** people who frustrate clients and make them decide to find alternative insurance.<br> <br> My whole claim process has been easy and the Service from Discovery great up until the point where we are now. So disappointing to turn such a pleasant experience sour.
