Rude and persistant call centre agents

I was contacted on the 10th of July by Discovery Insure's broker DSA. I told them that I am not interested in any products so please remove my details from their database. Then i received a call on the 13th of July from the same company. The person's name was Romeo. The agent was rude and could not accept that i was not interested in the product. he was very persistant. he spoke over me and was very rude. Please remove my contact details from all marketing platforms as this is against the POPI act to share my details with anyone. I do not have any active Discovery products. if i want a product, i will contact Discovery. there is no need for Discovery or their third parties to contact me.
