Rude agent

Good day. I got a call from *** at 11:04am 2020/12/21. The female agent was selling diacovery car insurance. I said that it is fine and i wont be interested. She then pesisted to try again and i said its fine i wont be interested. She hung up on me. I would like to trace this agent and ask her what happen and why was she rude. The calls are recorded so i would lkle to know where i went wrong.
