Rozannah Singh's Extremely Disappointing Service for ***

<p>I had a bumper bashing with a Discovery Insure member, who claimed responsibility for the accident. Rozannah Singh has been placed in charge of dealing with the claim. Rozannah Singh's service has been extremely disappointing. When speaking to her over the phone she promises emails and they never arrive. I understand that processes need to occur but at least update me on the progress of the matter, if you were unable to send the email, as discussed telephonically. I am highly disappointed, if I am treated this way as a third party! As a loyal Disovery member for a few years, this treatment leaves much to be desired and I am considering taking my business elsewhere. </p>
