Discovery Insure has been awesome, right from initial impact, where I received a call asking whether medical & road assistance was required. I knew that there had been an accident before even been contacted by my family. Roslin Moodley processed our claim and was most proficient and professional, whilst still maintaining a friendly and concern voice. There was no delay whatsoever in anything which was done and we were constantly kept in the loop as to the process of having a motor vehicle written off. I would certainly give Roslin 10 stars plus.
