Rope-a-dope with Discovery

I cancelled my policy and made an appointment towards the end of January for you to come and remove the tracking device from my vehicle. You sent some clown to remove it on the 25th of January, and I gave him access to the vehicle. He said he was done, left and a month later I figured out that the device is still in the car. I called you to turn it off as I suspected it was draining my battery, which you can't do. <br> <br> When asked to make another appointment for someone from Discovery to come and waste my time, I refused. You sent me your TCs a minute later, reminding me of the rules. So please go ahead and remind me of your terms and conditions, which you aren't adhering to. I'm not going to waste my time and money, make another appointment for someone to come and scratch their head and not do what they're supposed to do. I followed your rules and did everything as stipulated. You sent an *********** person to do the job and now you want to blame it on me?<br> <br> Embedded in the email was a link to make an appointment online, which I followed. It led nowhere because my policy is cancelled. Simplify your processes, cut the threats. It's annoying.
