Romeo Ramonti is an asset to Discovery Insure
I realized I had an issue with my Insure Cash-back (I wasn't getting any for the last few months). I called the call centre and was connected with Romeo Ramonti - who understood my problem, found all my transactions, and loaded all my fuel spend for last 3 months. He called me back within a day to confirm that I will be paid on the next months payout.
