Rockstar Service even when I am angry

Wow. Where do I even begin. I wrote a very angry email and Hello Peter on Saturday after dealing with an agent who didn't know me well. I was furious and my emails showed it. Despite this, my usual consultant Sandisiwe called me and reassured me. A few hours later, she processed a refund of over R7k into mt account to reimburse me for my battery. Even though this was not what was preferred on Saturday, she made sure I was made whole. Honestly this lady is next level. She treats me like I am the most important person in the world. Her and Whitney bend over backwards to keep me happy. Even when I am rude and angry, they are always gentle and always do what is needed to keep me happy. They are such valuable assets to Discovery. They have never left my side during this ordeal. Please look after them; they are incredible at customer service
