On the 1st of August 2019 I was involved in a car accident and reported to discovery insurance. I then took the car to their preferred panel beaters, the accessor took my statement and decided to ignore what I had reported to the insurance and to him.

Two weeks later I collected my car from the panel beater and saw that the car was not 100% fixed, I reported to the panel beater and we checked the accessor's statement he did not include my full statement.

I then called my insurer I was told my accessor did not feel it necessary to include my full statement, to this date I've been sent from pillar to post but my account was debited accordingly.
