Roadside Emergency assistance

Recently had an incident where our car broke down on our way home from a family holiday down in Durban, the car broke down 40km outside of Pietermaritzberg. Discovery insure emergency assistance consultant Mechen Chetty did an amazing job of ensuring my family got to the nearest dealership safely and over and above that he went on to arrange the towing and transport for the 7 of us back home to Johannesburg. He called us every 2 hours to ensure we were safe and on track! Even though it was a stressful experience, discovery and Mechen did everything he could to make it as stress free as possible!
