Roadside assistance - GREAT!

Today, as unplanned as could be, my car decided to have mechanical problems, to the point that I needed to be towed back into town. Zunaid Joseph from Discovery Insure was quick to help me out, arrange my tow-in service, check if I was safe (where I was stranded) and followed up to make sure I'd been sorted out and back safely in town - all and all, 30min from the moment I called until I was back in the office... needless to say, I'm very happy, impressed and grateful for the quick, efficient, caring and great service!
