Roadside Assistance - Arranging a Jump Start
Thabo was extremely helpful in arranging roadside assistance for me. I deliberately did not mention to Thabo that I am also the Broker on the policy, just to test how he would treat me as a Discovery Insure client. He was absolutely efficient, very reassuring, and followed up after I got going to ensure that my problem was resolved. Keep up the great work Thabo. Many thanks
