I do business with Discovery Insure for many years already, my Discovery Insure policy number is ***. Monday 1 February was a high light in my life, with regards to service experience. I was involved in a car accident, didn't get injured, but it is not a nice experience. I was still sitting in my car looking for my phone, when it rang, it was Discovery Insure: "Mr Loock our system indicates that you were involved in an accident, are you OK?" That was the first call, but not the last. I was told exactly what to do, they informed me that a claim has been opened, they arranged the tow-in truck, I was asked if I am safe and if I need a lift home. I was informed about who the tow truck company was. The driver's name and phone number were also supp****. When the tow-in truck was 10km from me I was informed. When the truck arrived I was contacted to find out if it is the correct one. When it left I was phoned again. The day after I was again contacted for the claim number and what will happen next. My Discovery representative, Mark Galbraith, also made contact with me and went over all that is happening now and what to expect next.
