Roadside assistance

For the first time in 10 years, my car over heated on the freeway and I had to do one thing I had never done before and call my insurance. I can't begin to explain how I felt by the wonderful service I recieved from William Machito Jnr. He was so attentive and empathetic to me throughout the whole process.
