Roadside Assistance

Our car broke down last night while my husband was out getting us dinner. After a moment of panic we called Discovery Insure for roadside assistance. We have been on the receiving end of such bad service from so many avenues of late that I was not only pleasantly surprise but shocked at how quickly Aretha arranged a towing company to bring a flat bed and tow our car to the mechanic after-hours. She even followed up to ensure they had arrived and that we were safe. We are very grateful. Thank goodness there as still individuals who make a trying situation easier to deal with!
