Thank you to Jade & Sbu Kolondiya for doing their best in resolving our distressing situation with 'relative' ease and speed. Although we had to stand firm and defend what was entitled to us. Jade and Sbu were always available to take or return our calls. You were patient

As for feedback I would recommend that in future that you know as much detail of your clients situation as possible so that you are able to help solve the problem as opposed to be part of the problem. These are stressful situations and need a lot of understanding. Fami****ize yourself on the location and the context that your client finds themselves in so that you are best able to respond. For example: we were 4 persons who had been on a week long break in a remote area at a self catering accommodation, there were no shops. The vehicle that was sent was inappropriate for the roads and the amount of luggage. It took two days for the vehicle to get to us - discovery did not provide details on the car, or as how we would be accommodated or enquire about how we would be fed. In this sense we really needed to fend for ourselves.
