Road side assistance - brilliant in terms of communication re when help will arrive etc

<p>Ple-e-e-a-a-ase can there be more companies like Discovery???!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have placed compliments in the past, but I have to do this again - am so very pleased with the brilliant communication. Got through to Discovery quickly, the reference number for my call was on my phone (SMS) before we had finished talking, the follow-ups re when help will arrive brilliant.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm still hoping other companies will learn from Discovery.</p> <p> </p> <p>(Ps: and it wasn't a long wait)</p>
