OK, I'm going to be honest. I was in the process of looking at alternative quotes for my discovery insure. I am a very happy client and I have all the discovery packages, from medical, bank to vitality. I was just looking at my budget and yes, discovery is not always the cheapest. BUT, i realized why i pay little more for this service. When you in a time of need, the last thing you need is to have hassles. To be stranded with a car that just decided its not going a single meter further in JHB, you need urgent help and that is exactly what i got. But besides the company in general, i would really like to aknowledge Mpho Phokanoka. What an amazing professional and helpful person. I think if anything, he is the reason I'm still a client of Discovery. What an assets to the company. Mpho your professionalism was beyond what is expected from any operator. Not only where you helpful during the crises, but you kept me in the loop of exactly what was happening and afterwards you even phoned to find out if I was OK. So to sum up - thank you Discovery Insure and specifically Mpho. I am glad I am a member of Discovery Insure. 5 stars indeed
