Road side assistance

I have been insured with Discovery for years and have never quite experienced or tested their road assistance service. I knew from an accident I had in the past that their response time was excellent but for a minor road side assistance issue I didn't think it would be the same. To my pleasure it was. The battery in my car had died and after calling a couple of friends who weren't as helpful I decided to contact discovery and request road side assistance. An Agent by the name of Othembela Kebe picked up the call, was absolutely courteous and professional and in no time, called back to inform me that help was on the way. She still called me back to check if help had arrived and I'm sure she had so many other important things to spend her precious time on after she had found me help. I was absolutely impressed by Othembela's thoughtfulness. Thank you Discovery, I truly feel safe in your hands.
