Road side assist/ accident towing

Willie Scholtz: amazing! Calming, reassuring, consults and kept following up and feeds back. This was until it was time for him to knock off. He handed over the case and informed me about it. This was my initial communication with consultant Willie Scholtz. He even went to the extent of checking the kind of cover I have and arranged for the process for the courtesy car.

Case was then handed over to Sibukeli Kolondiya, he continued where Willie left off. Did not disappoint, checked if was ok or if there was something I needed. Checked to make sure that I was safe at my destination. Gave me the information concerning the claim, case and courtesy car arrangement. Made sure I know I can contact him anytime I was uncertain about something or needed help, gave his work contact details.

Thank you so much. Highly appreciate the help, support and care the consultants showed. There is another lady that checked on me while Willie was on tea/lunch. Thank you to her as well. I'm sorry just forgot her name. This is the kind of care and treatment that lessens the initial anxiety, stress and trauma associated with accidents.
