Road side assist
I made use of Discovery Insure's roadside assist for the first time and was blown away by the experience. The individual in the call centre was very professional and called me multiple times during the journey until my issue was resolved.
The roadside assist personnel was helpful and knowledgeable and taught me a thing or two.
