Without any prior communication discovery increased my premium with a ridiculous amount and when I query the increase I’m being told it’s because they import parts when you claim hence the increase which is absolutely insane and unacceptable! Since I’ve been with discovery I’ve never claimed not even once, for them to increase my premium out of the blue and at such a price shows they no longer value my business. I’m looking for another service provider as we speak. I’m utterly disappointed in the lack of customer service they have shown. I will also be cancelling my life insurance with them and my husband’s as well! Absolutely disgusting!!!
