Ring

Good day, I insured a ring with Discovery 3 years ago,I was told to request a quote for the damage and took the ring back to the manufacture for quote. when Discovery was supposed to pay as promised they instead insisted on taking the ring to their registered vendor(Diamond jewellery international). They are unable to fix my ring ,I have sent it back twice without progress. Please assist with the matter, it has been 4 months now they haven’t returned nor fixed my ring and I’m still continuing to pay the insurance
