Ridiculous Policy increase

<p>1st year with Discovery,endless initial problems that were eventually sorted out,now comes to a yearly increase with some items (eg electronics) going up 66% with no claim on them from me,get told yes but you and your area risk profile etc (ie I subsidize others bad claims) and this can't be resolved by anyone before they take the money on the increase date as my profile might change then?</p> <p>I find it hard to believe that a) It will change for the better and b) why am I still waiting for a manager to come back to me with a resolution as the agent can't do anything but has escalated this matter last week?</p> <p>It appears that Discovery is not interested in my business as they can't even come with some solution to this?</p> <p> </p> <p>No wonder people say stay away....</p>
