Ridiculous Increase in premiums

Every year I have the same issue, Each anniversary Discovery increases my premiums by ridiculous percentages. According to their call center, windscreen claims are not recorded as claims so I dont know why they are penalising me on my premiums for this. Well I have already done some insurance shopping and if they do not reduce my premiums to an acceptable amount I will be forced to leave them for good. I have been a loyal customer going for six years with minimal claims and this is how they repay you with a slap in your face. My car is out of warranty and highly depreciated. You are not going to even replaced the parts with genuine OEM parts so why should I pay such a high premium ? I am awaiting your response on this matter.
