Riaan Whitney managed our claim very efficiently and professionally

During recent storms in JHB, the net of our shade port blew off entirely and our roof sprung a leak. I phoned the call centre at 8am on a Saturday and was assisted very quickly. Our call was escalated and that division assisted us quickly and professionally as well. The building specialist, Riaan Whitney, phoned us on Monday and came to do the inspection on Tuesday- even climbing onto our roof! He sent the report through on Wednesday. Once the claim moved to the next person in the process, it did come to a frustrating standstill, but I contacted Riaan and he sorted things out very efficiently. Builders have been appointed and we were paid a sum to repaint the room that suffered the leak. We are very grateful to Riaan for managing the process.
