Riaan Whitney

I was assisted by Riaan Whitney from the time I lodged my claim to the end. He was very patient and two claims were processed and approved within days. One got a feeling that Riaan listens to clients and takes keen interest in ensuring that a claim is resolved. The stress brought by the floods of February 2022 which saw my perimeter wall and several others in the Estate fall, was eased because of Riaan’s care and professionalism. Discovery insure is lucky to have a person of Riaan’s calibre. I trust he will get back to me to get my feedback about the work done by the contractor upon final inspection by myself. It requires some engagement.
