Rewards offered but impossible to redeem

I changed to Discovery insure because they offered me rewards, i.e.:12.5% back of my petrol spent at BP, or 'good driving' behavior. I jumped through all the necessary hoops, went to Tiger Wheel and Tyre, etc. When the man came to install the necessary device on my car he assured me that the fact that my tablet and smart phone could not download the app did not matter. I would still get the rewards, but just would not be able to see my progress. So I said that's fine, go ahead. <br> <br> I have now learned that all my searching for BPs (I put in over R3,000.00 petrol this month) was futile because I actually don't get the rewards because I don't have the app.<br> <br> I must now insist that I get the 12,5% reimbur*****t every month as I was promised, otherwise I must be refunded for my joining fee, the fee I spent at Tiger wheel and tyre, be released to go back to Outsurance without being penalized, and Discovery must also pay the joining fee for me to go back to Outsurance.<br> <br> I did phone the call center, but was not helped very well.
