Rewards not paid out. Old policy holder not cancelled
Changed policy holders as the previous policy holder had died. Paying same way by EFT from same bank and same account number. No gap in cover but rewards email of R 400 received but not paid out. Sent many emails and consultant called me on Saturday and said she would mail me this past Monday but nothing received.

23 Aug 2023, 15:40Policy not short paid under Joe's name. I requested it be cancelled. First time anyone has asked for death certificate or executorship letter to cancel the old policy. What do you mean by the next few days?

25 Aug 2023, 18:30When you want premiums you want them upfront and on time. Now you want me to wait until whenever. If it's not refunded to me before my next premium is due I will deduct R 400 from my next premium payment.

29 Aug 2023, 16:27Today I get a SMS to say my policy will be debited on 1 Sep 2023 for the amount of R 1106.10. I always pay by EFT. Still no refund received for the R 400 rewards. Plus no confirmation that the central locking, safety glass on windows has been specified on my policy as requested many times. Please email me an updated policy urgently so I can see how the premium of 1106.10 is calculated. Please ensure I get this info tomorrow, being Wed 29 Sep 2023. Thank you

03 Sept 2023, 16:48It's the 3 September and still the R 400 rewards from last month have not been paid..on 23 Aug I was advised it would be paid in the NEXT FEW DAYS.
