Rewards expire before expiry date

<p>I tried to redeem a reward today at 7 for a smoothie but when I got to the till and opened the app, the reward had expired. The reward was supposed to expire at midnight today. This is the second time this has happened. The lady at the till assumed I was trying to redeem a reward that had already been redeemed and was rude to me. </p>
