Review of Client Servicing Department
I was assisted by Innocencia Rakgalakane with my annual insurance renewal and she was extremely pleasant and helpful and my queries addressed and resolved. However, I was cut-off the first time when I called after waiting for 20 minutes and when I phoned again, I hang-up after waiting for 25 minutes. This, I find to be unacceptable.
