The Customer Service team and other service consultants; when a client asks for *HELP* and *ASSISTANCE* it is not for the hell of it; the Lockdown and COVID 19 Pandemic has been a trying time for industries most affected for example the Tourism Industry which I find myself in. After requesting to CANCEL my discovery insure policy I was directed to Daniel G - WOW!! What a kind person who took the time to listen to me, he gave me options, the telephone line kept dropping he called me back; Then today Shafick stepped in - Your CUSTOMER SERVICE rocks; apologised for the delay in returning my call. Again he Listened and anwered my questions. Being in the Tourism Industry I deliver service and I expect service; Daniel and Shafick you ROCKED, and I am most appreciative of what you do.
