Retentions department good service

I'd like to commend Tasmina Nair for a great job in assisting me with my insurance policy. I was planning on cancelling my policy, but Tasmina did everything in her power to keep as a client. Dispite connection issues, she ensured she called back multiple times so that we could have a proper discussion.
