Retentions Department asset

I dealt with Shafick Allow from the Retentions department in December 2021 , and cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the whole experience. I initially phoned to cancel my insurance policy, but the professionalism and determination that he showed to keep me as a customer was absolutely amazing ! He is truly a valuable asset to the company and I hope that this will be acknowledged by his superiors ! J. Sterrenberg
