Retentions department - accounts/billing

Regarding the Retentions Department: I just wanted to say that I have had exceptional service from Safiyah Fondling in your Retentions Department. She has been super-efficient and has gone above and beyond what I would expect. She has held my hand through every step and I really do appreciate the good service.
