Retention that actually works!

<p>In frustration with the contact centre around getting a straight answer as to what exactly is covered and excluded from my poilcy so I could decide if I needed to amend my cover to suite my needs I eventually asked to be put through to cancelations as I was getting nowhere... I ended up speeking to <span style="color: #1***7d; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14.6667px; background-color: #ffffff;">Ruan Dippenaar in retentions who actually understood the details of the policiy and was quickly and easily able to explain what was included and spoke through a few scenarious and gave me guidance on which plans I should have to give me my required cover. He was able to adjust my plan there and then without any fuss. If only the initial call centre agent was a bit more knowledgable about the policy I wouldn't have been so grumpy to s**** with, but Ruan remained profesional and managed to get me to change my mind about leaving Discovery.</span></p>
