Retention Office Manager

Good morning, I communicated with Mathibedi Chueu, Retentions Manager. He was very patient with me, an old woman, and polite. He took enough time to explain everything to me. A bit irritating for me was however, that he mentioned a number of different amounts of my premium. In the end I was happy with the last figure. All in all his handling of my case was very good.
