Yesterday during this crazy lockdown I had the pleasure of dealing with Zimkita Sundu from Discovery Insure. I had a client wanting to cancel. Zimkita went out of her way to discuss what she was doing and must of emailed me 6 or more times keeping me updated on what she was doing for the client, eventually just calling and discussing the battle plan :) she was efficient and took the time to assist with effortless service and for this I thank you Zimkita. Discovery has a star retention consultant in you.
