Retail Price of a vehicle

I called Discovery, spoke to Anna and asked her to review my instalment as the Retail Price had dropped on my Jeep. I was told that it cannot be done because Discovery does the review yearly. I found out that I am paying a premium for Retail price of R323 000 BUT my vehicle current Retail Price is less than R200 000. This means if my vehicle is ****** "touch wood", Discovery will pay the current Retail Price and NOT the amount I am paying an installment for. Is this LEGAL? Any lawyers out there who can comment. Is the public aware of this?
