Restored faith in Discovery Insure due to Zunaid Joseph Call Centre Agent

I'd like to thank Zunaid Joseph from Discovery Insure who assisted us with our Emergency Claim from the moment that I contacted Discovery Insure after hours late on Saturday afternoon the 13th June 2020 until till after hours on Sunday 14th June 2020. Zunaid kept to his promise of contacting us to follow up on the team sent out to assist us as well as to advise us on the way forward with regards to how the process of the claim would be handled with the service provider and the additional costs that would be involved.

After having experienced terrible service from the Discovery Claims department as well as from their service provider utilised in January 2020, I was not looking forward to dealing with them again. Zunaid has restored my faith in Discovery Insure and we were REALLY impressed by his dedication, friendliness and helpfulness throughout our interaction with him. I sincerely hope that the Management Team of Discovery Insure realises the potential that they have in Zunaid Joseph!
