Responsible employees

<p>I insure literally everything with Discovery, form health, to card, to my cars, my valuables, house and life. Over the past two months there was a mistake on some new vehicles that I insured and I had been calling Discovery to have it rectified. This was very frustrating and so I logged a complaint with their complaint department. Within two days they called me back and I am listing this complement to complement both Discovery, for having the avenue, as well as the lovely lady, Mary-Anne Shobane, who worked with me. It took about a week to rectify the issue, but she called me back almost every day to give me feedback until it was fully resolved and so completely to my satisfaction. Discovery really has and does give me wonderful service in the time I have been with them and they have knocked the competition out of the water. Mary-Anne Shobane was a pleasure to work, very professional and highly efficient, going above and beyond even assisting me with other things, doing much more than even my broker. I really take my hat off to her. </p>
