Requested a quotation and now it has been debited with out consent
I requested a quotation to insure my mobile and the consultant said he would send me the quotation which never happened and now I see it has been included on my debit order. I contacted Discovery insure this morning and they said they would log a query. I do not believe this is sufficient I would like a immediate refund of the incorrect amount debited. Policy number ********** 157
